The Benevity platform has made it easier for us to implement our "SCOR" for Good' programme internationally. For our employees around the globe, being able to access and create a variety of different activities on one platform is a real advantage.

SCOR is a global company with offices across 39 countries. Volunteering has been possible for several years, but this was sporadic and at a local level. And so the SCOR for Good programme was born to motivate all employees around the world to participate and make their contribution to society. The programme aims to create uniformity and structure at the group level while giving more visibility to the different engagement opportunities available for their people.

SCOR's main challenges were to:

  1. Create a structured support framework to ensure the success of the programme.
  2. Ensure that the commitment of employees in each office was monitored and progressed and that they could find a contact person if necessary.
  3. Find a tool that would enable them to facilitate the organisation of events, increase their visibility and provide reports on the impact generated.

The solution?
Benevity has enabled SCOR to bring all their employees together on an all-in-one platform, allowing their people to access and participate in a wide range of activities that are both local and global in scope.

We had set ourselves the target of achieving a 10% participation rate in one year. But 7 months after the launch of the programme, we have exceeded our expectations in terms of employee participation and engagement!
