Supplementary documents
Supplementary documents apply uniformly across Benevity’s client base and provide essential information relating to our products, services, and data privacy. These include:
- The Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) defines our standard commitments to our clients and includes the EU’s Standard Contractual Clauses and our current list of sub-processors.
- The Information Security Addendum details the technical and organizational measures that Benevity implements to protect your Personal Data.
- Software and Service Information documents provide product-specific information such as unique use terms and support.
- The Service Level Agreement sets out Benevity’s standard service availability commitment across the platform, disaster recovery service level objectives, and support service level objectives.

End User Terms of Use
Our Benevity End User Terms of Use and Alaya End User Terms of Use are direct agreements between Benevity and all end users, including your employees. These terms set out the responsibilities of end users when accessing the Benevity platform, including abiding by the Benevity Platform Guidelines.
