Mental health and wellbeing

Your mental health matters. We’re committed to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health issues with regular wellbeing sessions, mental health related courses, and focused training for leaders. You and your family will have access to direct support through our Employee and Family Assistance Program.

Leadership development

All Benevity-ites deserve a good leader, so we provide both internal and external leadership training, ongoing learning opportunities and an online leader hub with resources and information to help our leaders take care of their people.

Hybrid work

Our people that live within a reasonable commuting distance to a Benevity hub spend at least 50% of their time in the office, with the ability to split their time between the office and home — best of both worlds!
