She discovered that by harnessing the passion and skills of their employees across their 79 worldwide offices, the company's employee engagement program could be more culturally relevant and inclusive for all employees, no matter their location.
By developing employee ambassadors and leveraging the Benevity platform, Visa nearly doubled their volunteer hours in just ten months — going from 18,000 hours of volunteer service to 35,000 hours!
