Corporate Responsibility Manager
Claudia is Corporate Responsibility Manager at Schroders. She is Chair of the UK Charity Committee and Chair of Schroders’ disabled inclusion group, Workability. Claudia manages Schroders’ charity partners and has spear-headed initiatives including building an accessibility portal, for employees to request adjustments, and hosting Schroders’ first neurodiverse panel. With 4 + years of experience in social impact, Claudia has managed a range of organisations including a royal charity and a global workforce operating in an Iraqi oil field.
Ronja Dornberg
Sustainability Executive
Ronja is the Sustainability Executive for the Benelux, North/Central Europe and Export markets at Suntory Beverage & Food Europe, with a passion for leveraging corporate resources to foster sustainable practices and promote impactful volunteering programs. With a rich background in European Studies and a double master's degree in Euroculture, Ronja has cultivated a deep understanding of cross-cultural and social impact initiatives. After joining SBFE, she transitioned from IT to focus on sustainability, driven by her commitment to aligning corporate actions with her personal values. In her current role, Ronja is responsible for advancing the company's sustainability agenda and overseeing the volunteering program.
