Mandy Schnirel is VP of Growth Marketing at Benevity, where her North Star is straightforward: understand exactly what clients need at each stage of their journey, then meet them there. She leads a full-spectrum growth program — organic and agentic search, paid media, ABM, demand generation, events, and lifecycle marketing — built on the belief that effective B2B marketing starts with genuine audience empathy. Before Benevity, she held VP of Marketing roles at Spekit and Netgain and served as Senior Director of Growth at LogRhythm (now Exabeam). She holds a BA in Literature from John Carroll University and Product Marketing Alliance certifications in Leadership and Pricing. Outside of work, Mandy volunteers with the Humane Society of Boulder Valley and serves on the board of the High Plains Library District Friends & Foundation.
