Watch now to learn:
- Giving Tuesday momentum shows the power of collective generosity. Record participation across the Benevity platform — including $150M in donations, nearly 60,000 nonprofits supported, and 23,000 volunteers — reinforces that when companies make it easy and meaningful for people to give back, they do. Offering multiple ways to engage deepens participation and broadens who gets involved.
- Thoughtful activations and campaigns create sustained engagement, not just a one-day spike. Clients who activated multiday or multiweek efforts — from awareness pushes to special matching to seeding funds — saw strong participation. Matching campaigns (especially 200–300%) and gifting employees donation currency continue to be powerful levers for lowering barriers and sparking energy.
- Effective planning starts with clarity: define success, priorities, and the “one thing.” Whether you run employee engagement, grants, ERGs, or all of the above, grounding your 2026 plan begins with simple questions: What does success look like? What is the essential priority you must deliver? And what do leaders care about most? This clarity helps anchor decisions throughout the year.
- Build adaptability into your plan — the landscape is shifting faster than ever. With changing employee expectations, global events, tighter budgets, and rapid tech innovation (including AI), plans will evolve. Anticipating internal and external shifts upfront helps teams flex with intention rather than scramble reactively.
- You don’t have to plan in isolation — connection fuels better outcomes. Peer networks, industry events like Benevity Live!, and trusted advisors (including your CSM) give you fresh perspectives, practical benchmarks, and inspiration. Leaning into champions within your organization and partners outside it makes planning more strategic, inclusive, and resilient.
