Nonprofits at the heart of everything we do
They’re the driving force behind social change — and the reason Benevity exists. That’s why we’re investing in solutions that not only support them, but actively help them thrive. Join us to hear what we’ve learned from our Benevity Labs research and how we’re evolving our product strategy to better serve nonprofits. You’ll get a first look at the new experience launching this December — designed to reduce friction, improve workflows and make it easier for nonprofits to partner with purpose-driven companies.

Bold moves in volunteering: How to scale what works
Trying something new can feel risky — but bold ideas lead to bigger engagement. In this interactive session, Richard Roberts from Sopra Steria will share how they went all in on their first-ever Make a Difference Week, using it as a launchpad to scale volunteering across regions and roles. You’ll get a look at what worked, what they learned and how they empowered people across the business to take action.

Then, take the conversation further. A facilitated workshop will invite you to share your own programme ideas, swap best practices and explore new ways to scale volunteering in your organisation. You’ll leave with real-world inspiration and practical strategies to grow your volunteering impact — faster, and with more confidence.

Leadership track - From Strategy to Impact: Leading with Purpose in a Shifting Landscape
Details
Down arrow
In a time of rising expectations, shifting societal challenges and evolving regulation, purpose-driven leaders are being asked to do more — and show more — with their social impact programmes. This interactive session, anchored in insights from Benevity’s U.K. Executive CSR Report, will explore how senior leaders can drive business-aligned impact with greater cohesion, clarity and confidence.

We’ll open with a short overview of the report’s findings, followed by a Q&A. The majority of our time will be in a collective brainstorming activity where, together, we’ll tackle the big strategic questions, including:

- How do we build coherent impact strategies that support business and societal priorities?
- How can we mobilise cross-functional teams around a shared vision and language?
- What role does measurement play in making the case — and meeting growing regulatory requirements?
- How do we prepare for challenges on the horizon, from AI disruption to the changing skills landscape?

This session is designed for open dialogue, peer learning and practical takeaways, helping you lead your impact programme with purpose and precision in an evolving landscape.Speaker: Richard Roberts, Community Impact Manager, Sopra Steria

Session timing:
13:30 - 13:30 / Presentation
13:30 - 13:45 / Q&A
13:45 - 16:00 / Facilitated session

The leadership track will be led by Benevity’s Chief Impact Officer Sona Khosla. To join this session, opt in during registration - open to Benevity clients and prospective clients. Space is limited.
