Yes! All pass holders - in person or online - will be able to login to the portal and see most recorded content for 30 days after the conference (with the exception of some keynotes).

Benevity Live! takes place April 23-26 and we’re bringing people together online and in-person for an unforgettable experience that works for everyone. For more information on each experience, check Attending in-person and Attending online sections.

The JW Marriott Desert Springs is about 12 miles from the Palm Springs International Airport. Rental cars, taxis and ride shares are all available at the airport.

No, accommodation isn’t included, but we have secured a preferred rate with the JW Marriott Desert Springs for Benevity Live! attendees. This exclusive rate is based on room availability, so we strongly encourage you to book now.

You’ll receive an email in mid April, when the conference platform launches. Breakout sessions and workshops can be selected then.

Come dressed in what feels like you - it's business casual for most the week, and bring layers as sometimes the indoor meeting rooms and outdoor evening events might be chilly.
For the Goodie Awards - dress to impress and get a little fancy, we're celebrating! 

You can connect with online and in-person attendees through the conference platform once it launches. 

Yes! Online attendees will be able to meet 1:1 with Benevity Product Pro and live and recorded product demos will also be available.  

Details on how to log in to the conference platform will be available in advance of the event. Watch for an email in April.

A group discount of 10% is available and charged automatically if three or more people from the same company are attending. The discount is offered on all pass types, and all participants must register at the same time with the same credit card.
 
 

Registration cancellations must be sent to benevitylive@benevity.com prior to the event. Cancellations received by April 1, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PDT will be eligible for a full refund (less a US$75 processing fee). Cancellations after April 1 may not be eligible for a refund. In-person passes can be exchanged for an online pass, please email us to request an exchange.

No. Each person attending Benevity Live! (both online and in-person) must have their own ticket. 

Yes. We want you to feel comfortable and excited about attending Benevity Live! 2024. If you would like to change how you’ll be attending the event (in-person or online) please email  benevitylive@benevity.com.

Yes, we’ll refund the difference in pass cost. Please email benevitylive@benevity.com to make this change.

If you’re eligible to upgrade your pass, please reach out to benevitylive@benevity.com. Upgrades are welcome up until April 17, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PDT (or until quantities last). You’ll receive more information regarding any additional fees or refunds, as applicable, prior to the event.

For in-person passes, registration closes April 17 at 11:59 p.m. PDT.  For online passes, the deadline is April 19 at 11:59 p.m. PDT. 

They are posted now, and you'll be able to select your workshop mid-April once the app launches.
