What is Benevity Live!?

Benevity Live! is where changemakers like you converge to connect, ideate, celebrate and be a part of something bigger. Join 500+ brands for  3+ days packed with insights, tools and strategies to make an even bigger impact..

Will I have access to the session recordings?

Yes! All pass holders — in person or online —will be able to log in to the portal and see select recorded content for 30 days after the conference (with the exception of some keynotes).

When and where is Benevity Live! 2025?

Benevity Live! takes place May 13-16, 2025 in Palm Desert, California. Check out the venue page for more information.

What is the time zone for the event?

All times shown are in Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).

Where is Benevity Live! 2024 taking place?

This year’s in-person event is being hosted at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa near Palm Springs, California, USA. 

This refreshed, luxury hotel features superb service, redesigned venues, magnificent views and family-friendly amenities. Take a dip in their outdoor pools, tee off on the golf courses or pamper yourself at the day spa. It’s a beautiful setting for the Benevity Live! inspiration that awaits!

How far is the resort from the airport?

The JW Marriott Desert Springs is about 12 miles from the Palm Springs International Airport. Rental cars, taxis and ride shares are all available at the airport, it takes about 25 minutes from the airport by car to arrive. 

Is accommodation included in the conference rate?

No, accommodation isn’t included, but we have secured a preferred rate with the JW Marriott Desert Springs for Benevity Live! attendees. This exclusive rate is based on room availability, so we strongly encourage you to book now.

When can I select my workshops and breakout sessions?

You’ll receive an email in late April, when the conference platform launches. Breakout sessions and workshops can be selected then.

Can I switch my attendee experience to online after registering for the in-person event?

Please reach out to events@benevity.com. This switch will be subject to an administration fee of $100 USD. 

What's the dress code?

Come dressed in what feels like you — it's business casual for most the week, and bring layers as sometimes the indoor meeting rooms and outdoor evening events might be chilly.
For the Goodie Awards,  dress to impress and get a little fancy — we're celebrating!

Will all the sessions available in-person be offered online as well?

We’ll have a selection of sessions available online, more info to come in early 2025. 

After I register, how do I access the event, the sessions and more on the platform?

Details on how to log in to the conference platform will be available in advance of the event. Watch for an email late April.

Is there a cost to attend Benevity Live!?

There’s a cost to attend the in-person event, we are offering a free online pass in 2025. For more info see the registration page.

How do I register?

Are group rates available?

A group discount of 10% is available if three or more people from the same company are attending. The discount is offered on all pass types, and all participants must register at the same time with the same credit card. The group discount can’t be combined with any other offers or discounts.

What is the cancellation policy?

Registration cancellations must be sent to events@benevity.com prior to the event. Cancellations received by April 28, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PDT will be eligible for a full refund (less a US$100 processing fee). Cancellations after this date, may not be eligible for a refund.  

Can more than one person attend the conference using the same ticket?

No. Each person attending Benevity Live! (both online and in-person) must have their own ticket. 

Can I switch my attendee experience to online after registering for the in-person event?

If I need to switch from an in-person pass to an online pass, is there a refund?

Only if this request is provided by April 28, 2025. Please email us to chat about your options. 

Can I change my in-person pass type?

If you’re eligible to upgrade your pass, please reach out to events@benevity.com. Upgrades are welcome up until April 28, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PDT (or until quantities last). You’ll receive more information regarding any additional fees or refunds, as applicable.

When does registration close?

For in-person passes, registration closes May 2 at 11:59 p.m. PDT.  For online passes, the deadline is May 9 at 11:59 p.m. PDT. 

When will workshop topics be added to the Agenda?

We're working to have these posted to the Agenda page in early January.
