What is Benevity Live!?

Benevity Live! is where purpose-driven pros converge to connect, ideate, celebrate and be a part of something bigger. Join 1,000+ changemakers just like you and 550+ brands for the corporate purpose event of the year. After 3+ days, you’ll leave inspired and equipped with the insights, tools and strategies to make an impact — on your people, communities and company.

Will I have access to the session recordings?

Yes! All pass holders - in person or online - will be able to login to the portal and see most recorded content for 30 days after the conference (with the exception of some keynotes).

When and where is Benevity Live! 2024?

Benevity Live! takes place April 23-26 and we’re bringing people together online and in-person for an unforgettable experience that works for everyone. For more information on each experience, check Attending in-person and Attending online sections.

What is the time zone for the event?

All times shown are in Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).

Where is Benevity Live! 2024 taking place?

This year’s in-person event is being hosted at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa near Palm Springs, California, USA. 

This refreshed, luxury hotel features superb service, redesigned venues, magnificent views and family-friendly amenities. Take a dip in their outdoor pools, tee off on the golf courses or pamper yourself at the day spa. It’s a beautiful setting for the Benevity Live! inspiration that awaits!

How far is the resort from the airport?

The JW Marriott Desert Springs is about 12 miles from the Palm Springs International Airport. Rental cars, taxis and ride shares are all available at the airport.

Is accommodation included in the conference rate?

No, accommodation isn’t included, but we have secured a preferred rate with the JW Marriott Desert Springs for Benevity Live! attendees. This exclusive rate is based on room availability, so we strongly encourage you to book now.

When can I select my workshops and breakout sessions?

You’ll receive an email in mid April, when the conference platform launches. Breakout sessions and workshops can be selected then.

Can I switch my attendee experience to online after registering for the in-person event?

Yes. We know that times are uncertain, and we want you to feel comfortable and excited about attending Benevity Live! 2024. If you’d like to change your registration, please email benevitylive@benevity.com.

What's the dress code?

Come dressed in what feels like you - it's business casual for most the week, and bring layers as sometimes the indoor meeting rooms and outdoor evening events might be chilly.
For the Goodie Awards - dress to impress and get a little fancy, we're celebrating! 

Will all the sessions available in-person be offered online as well?

We’ll have a selection of mainstage presentations, breakouts and other high-impact sessions available for everyone attending online. To see which sessions will be available online, check out the agenda.

How can I connect with other attendees?

You can connect with online and in-person attendees through the conference platform once it launches. 

Will I have the opportunity to meet 1:1 with a Benevity Techspert if I attend online?

Yes! Online attendees will be able to meet 1:1 with Benevity Techsperts, and live and recorded product demos will also be available. Product demo times will be shared in April.

After I register, how do I access the event, the sessions and more on the platform?

Details on how to log in to the conference platform will be available in advance of the event. Watch for an email in April.

Is there a cost to attend Benevity Live!?

Yes, there’s a cost to attend both the in-person and online events. For conference rates, check out the registration page.

How do I register?

Are group rates available?

A group discount of 10% is available and charged automatically if three or more people from the same company are attending. The discount is offered on all pass types, and all participants must register at the same time with the same credit card.
 
 

What is the cancellation policy?

Registration cancellations must be sent to benevitylive@benevity.com prior to the event. Cancellations received by April 1, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PDT will be eligible for a full refund (less a US$75 processing fee). Cancellations after April 1 may not be eligible for a refund. In-person passes can be exchanged for an online pass, please email us to request an exchange.

Can more than one person attend the conference using the same ticket?

No. Each person attending Benevity Live! (both online and in-person) must have their own ticket. 

Can I switch my attendee experience to online after registering for the in-person event?

Yes. We want you to feel comfortable and excited about attending Benevity Live! 2024. If you would like to change how you’ll be attending the event (in-person or online) please email  benevitylive@benevity.com.

If I need to switch from an in-person pass to an online pass, is there a refund?

Yes, we’ll refund the difference in pass cost. Please email benevitylive@benevity.com to make this change.

Can I change my in-person pass type?

If you’re eligible to upgrade your pass, please reach out to benevitylive@benevity.com. Upgrades are welcome up until April 10, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PDT (or until quantities last). You’ll receive more information regarding any additional fees or refunds, as applicable, prior to the event.

When does registration close?

For in-person passes, registration closes April 10 at 11:59 p.m. PDT.  For online passes, the deadline is April 19 at 11:59 p.m. PDT. 

When will workshop topics be added to the Agenda?

We're working to have these posted to the Agenda page in early January.
