Davida Redmond

Davida Redmond is the Global Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Community at onsemi. With extensive experience in Fortune 100 companies, she has been recognized as an Outstanding Woman in Business (Phoenix Business Journal, 2022), AZ Big 100 (AZ Business, 2023) and Most Admired Leader (Phoenix Business Journal, 2025).  Davida is also the Board Chair for Playworks Arizona and enjoys traveling with her family and supporting her kids in competitive sports.
