Tiana Austel (she/her) serves as senior manager for employee engagement at eBay where she supports inclusive entrepreneurship and a world-class employee giving and volunteering program.

Tiana is a certified diversity professional, a BUFFY Goodie Award winner, and a board member for both the Center for Disaster Philanthropy and I Love a Clean San Diego. A frequently sought-after speaker, Tiana has been selected as a presenter and panelist for numerous industry sessions dedicated to DEI, storytelling, employee resource groups and volunteer champion programs.
