Hervil Cherubin

Hervil Cherubin is an economist and international development specialist with over a decade of experience in higher education, community and business development, international affairs, agriculture, and economic development in different parts of the world.

He currently serves as the Senior Country Director for Heifer International in Haiti where, for the past 10 years, he has overseen development efforts to rebuild rural communities and strengthen the economic resiliency for vulnerable farming families.

Hervil holds a Ph.D. in urban economics and public affairs from the University of Louisville and a Master of Health Administration from Columbia University. He is fluent in French, Spanish, English and Creole.
