Mallory Burke runs employee engagement and giving programs globally for the Atlassian Foundation's Social Impact team. Mallory has been with Atlassian for 5 years and has helped develop and shape their Foundation Council model, local engagement grants program, quarterly global campaigns and their WePledge community of top employee volunteers. Her team works on engaging Atlassians around the world and uses data to spearhead their initiatives. Mallory started her career as an AmeriCorps member for two years and went on to work in building a strong corporate and community volunteer program for a large homeless services provider in San Francisco. Mallory loves building impact for organizations around the globe.
