Dezarie Mayers is the Director of Colleague Programs at Pfizer, where she leads the employee community engagement strategy. She is the proud recipient of the W.E. Upjohn Award for Innovation for introducing online giving to the Pfizer community. Dezarie served eight years in the United States Army Reserves and was a recipient of numerous Army Commendation awards.
