How BlackRock drove social impact with their GivingTuesday campaign

BlackRock Inc. has big goals when it comes to social impact. The social mission of the global investment management company is to advance “a more inclusive and sustainable economy,” mostly through grantmaking, employee engagement and global initiatives like GivingTuesday.
 
BlackRock runs a year-round employee giving and rewards program, which includes matching up to $5,000 in donations. Volunteers receive $15 for each hour they give — funds they can donate to an organization of their choice. 
 

BlackRock had a three-part GivingTuesday strategy in 2019. Watch the full video to find out how they:
