Judy Smith is proud to lead employee engagement in social impact at Delta Dental of California and Affiliates as the Program Manager, Foundation & CSR. In this position, Judy has delivered eye-popping impact and industry leading programming connecting Delta Dental’s 5,000+ employees scattered across the country to its values, culture, and purpose. Judy serves as the leader, innovator, and subject matter expert leading Delta Dental’s employee matching programs and local love grantmaking, volunteer and volunteer time off, and regional giving programs powered by employees. In addition, Judy is key leader on the Foundation and CSR team, helping power one of the World’s largest philanthropic investors in oral health. Judy has transformed and supercharged Delta Dental’s social impact initiatives enabling double digit increases in engagement and giving – nearly 65% of employees participate in Social Impact programs and generate $1 million in annual employee charitable giving. When Judy is not changing culture and the world, she is a competitive figure skater and tennis player and, most importantly, is Mom to the incredible Logan.
